SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and LoveSkillNail and governs your use of our services, superseding any previous versions of this Agreement. SECTION 20 - NO RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP AND NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Your account is non-transferable. Any rights to your account or its contents will terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a death certificate, your account may be terminated, and all contents will be permanently deleted.

SECTION 21 - STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
You agree that any claim or action related to your use of our services or this Agreement must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim or cause of action, or it will be forever barred.
